Caesar Ritz manages up to ten hotels at a time. In Baden-Baden he buys the «Hotel de la Conversation», later on the hotel «Minerva» and in Cannes the «Hotel de Provence», which Marie-Louise Ritz runs. The hotels turn out to be goldmines, so Marie-Louise Ritz says.
