The «Caesar Ritz Foundation in Niederwald» was founded in 1929 by Marie-Louise Ritz, Caesar's wife, in the sense and spirit of Caesar's philosophy. The foundation capital was donated by the Ritz family. Monique Ritz, Caesar Ritz's daughter-in-law and last representative of the Ritz dynasty, is the honorary president.
The foundation serves the following purposes:
- To support all youngsters in Niederwald in their training
- To support youngsters in Goms who are in training for the catering industry as long
as adequate means are available.
